I didn't even know escorts existed - what a great idea.

It hurts me to think that the protesters don't even know the circumstances they're protesting against. I knew someone who was heartbroken to get an abortion but had to do so because the baby had a brain defect and was going to die any moment, putting the mother's life in grave danger. The mom didn't want to do it. She revered life. Abortion is a personal choice and should be allowed to remain a choice. Kudos to all those who stand up for this freedom.spleenesshttp://www.spleeness.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7019205786952575350.post-44526776588389098732009-06-08T23:28:44.517-04:002009-06-08T23:28:44.517-04:00This is so beautiful, I cried again! It means a lot to me to have friends who understand why I do the work that I do, who will sit by my side and wonder how anyone could have hated abortion so much to take a man's life. You talk about what would happen if these anti-choice activists only knew the people, and I keep thinking of one sentiment that was echoed repeatedly at the memorial service: trust women. As Dr. Tiller said, "Abortion is not a cerebral or a reproductive issue. Abortion is a matter of the heart: for until one understands the heart of a woman, nothing else about abortion makes any sense at all."jzimmermanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02834071622302735133noreply@blogger.com
